NCFDD is dedicated to helping academics thrive by improving research productivity, teaching effectiveness, and (most elusive of all) work-life balance. Faculty Coaching Program
Faculty coaching offers confidential, goal-oriented support to help faculty members navigate the challenges of academic life. Christine Moskell, PhD, an experienced coach specializing in faculty development, offers one-hour sessions focusing on topics such as time management and task prioritization, developing habits and routines for writing goals, and leadership transitions. Faculty members interested in coaching should to set up a short exploratory meeting with Christine.
