This spring, Colgate Career Services received the 2026 National Association of Colleges and Employers Excellence Award, recognizing its approach to networking that redefines how students think about professional relationships.

Nearly 500 Colgate sophomores and 130 alumni gathered on campus in January for Sophomore Connections, a two-day program featuring alumni panels, networking events, and workshops.

The second year of the Tuck Business Bridge Program at Colgate kicked off in early January with 40 students returning to campus. They participated in more than two weeks of intensive programming designed to prepare for internships and careers, while building connections among students, alumni, and top-ranked Tuck faculty.

Students interested in physics, engineering, and computer science attended the workshop — hosted by Career Services — on Oct. 22 in Benton Hall.

For nearly three decades, ½ñÈճԹϒs Jim P. Manzi ’73 Fellowship has provided a pathway for more than 300 students to pursue nonprofit summer internships in the Boston area.
