Minor Requirements

The minor in history consists of five courses, including:

History Workshop

Electives

  • Two courses at the 100- and 200-levels, only one of which can be a 100-level course.
  • One course at the 300-level
  • One seminar at the 400-level

The four electives must fall into at least two of theÌýfollowing areas:

  • Africa (attribute = HIAF)
  • Asia (attribute = HIAS)
  • Europe (attribute = HIEU)
  • Latin America and the Caribbean (attribute = HILC)
  • Middle East (attribute = HIME)
  • Transregional (attribute = HITR)
  • United States (attribute = HIUS)
